This shop is top tier. I started with a factory blu and they recommended a satin gray which I love. They also colored the inside of my rims black and left the machine finish, and cleaned and repainted my calipers which was pretty cool. They suggested me adding a lip to the front to give it an aggressive look and I was blown away. The customer service really did it for me. The staff went above and beyond on my car and it came out amazing. It’s definitely given me a boost of respect among the ladies and other car enthusiasts . Appreciate the clear communication at all times. Finally found a shop that I can bring all my cars to and get a great deal and value.
Went to Gray customs to get a my x4 wrapped to my desires and Sam the boss man made it nothing but a breeze, thank you so much for all your hard work and hours that went into my vehicle, it looks amazing, Sam was there to talk me through the whole process and even kept me updated throughout it. Ask for my liking of every part and did it exactly the way I wanted it. Go to gray customs for all your needs , and ask for Sam he will never steer you wrong. Sam did an amazing job with my car. Love how it turned out (powder coat on rims, caliper paint, roof wrap). The staff was amazing and helpful – and Sam consistently kept in touch to make sure all the details was the way I wanted it. Not to mention he made sure it was ready for me next day!
