PAINT CORRECTION

This is usually needed to be done before I can do Ceramic Coating. But there’s a chance that clients may come for this service alone. But barely most people will come for the Ceramic Coating that’s why on the service section we don’t have to separate this we can make this a sub Bar of Ceramic Coating. Whichever you suggest. Wraps come in all shapes, patterns, and sizes. Wraps start as large sheets of adhesive backed vinyl film designed specifically for vehicle application made available in a variety of styles & finishes. Some wraps are a full color change in matte, satin or gloss finishes, as well as chrome, “carbon fiber” look, and beyond. Vehicle wraps can also consist of printed designs containing imagery, photos, graphics, or branded elements to represent a business or group, or as “accents” on vehicle features like trim, spoilers, hoods, roofs, and trunks.
Numerous factors are taken into consideration when we quote for a car wrap.
- the size and type of vehicle (or coverage area)
- the type and brand of vinyl material (specialty vinyls can increase the cost significantly)
- the surface conditions (Are there rivets, screws, seams, etc. that will require additional time?)
- the overall complexity of the project (Does the vehicle have a lot of curves versus flat sections? Does the vehicle have a spoiler? Will vinyl be applied to the bumpers or door jambs? Will the windows be covered?
No, Its best that your paint is in good to decent condition. Wrapping over imperfections or rough spots will show through the wrap. Wrap is not design to mask any uneven paint deficiencies its best to get your vehicle in the best possible condition as the imperfections will magnify through the wrap.
Typically wraps can be on the vehicle for 7-10 years ( according to 3m and Avery) also we need to take into account the daily use of vehicle, climate, and chemical exposure. But, a wrap that is taken care can last for a good while.
Not necessarily, remember the car wrap is a temporary covering of your original paint.
You notify DMV of a color change, and 2 years later you decide to change the color once more, you’ll have to notify them once more
When used, applied, maintained and removed according to the manufactures instructions and within the product’s Warranty Period, it should not damage an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) paint finish upon removal.
